2. Hosting

This website is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit our website, your IP address and other technical access data are automatically transmitted to and stored on IONOS servers as part of server log files.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of this website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Server log data is deleted automatically after 14 days unless required for longer retention for security purposes.

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with IONOS SE in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Your data will be transmitted to Formspree for the purpose of forwarding your message to us. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with Formspree. Data transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing necessary to respond to your inquiry) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in maintaining communication).

Retention period: Contact form data is deleted after 6 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or the matter is still ongoing.

We do not share this information with third parties without your consent.
